Complaints

In the event of a complaint there is an agreed LA procedure which will be administered at Sunny Brow. If the complaint cannot be resolved by the Headteacher then a panel of Governors will be assembled to deal with issues which require a formal meeting. The panel will be comprised of any 5 members of the Governing Body. The selection of those members will be dependent on the nature of the issue – but will exclude staff members.
